ROLE will be present at the FOSDEM 2012

ROLE will be presenting at this year’s FOSDEM (Free and Open Source Software Developer’s European Meeting) XMPP DevRoom.

The Free and Open source Software Developers’ European Meeting (FOSDEM) is a two-day event organized by volunteers to promote the widespread use of Free and Open Source software.

For this year, ROLE has managed to get one of the presentation slots at the official FOSDEM XMPP track. ROLE Member from  RWTH Aachen, Dominik Renzel will explain in one of the XMPP DevRooms how to use a combination of XMPP PubSub and MUC to have Web widgets communicate with each other on the example of Personal Learning Environments.
